Requests for male or female therapist need to be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request. All of our therapists are highly trained and conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism.

Massage sessions include time for consultation and dressing. Please fill out your client forms online prior to appointment.

We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out the required intake form, enjoy our wonderful amenities, and ensure full treatment time.

Arriving late for an appointment may result in a shorter session at a full price.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of your total service. No-shows will be charged in full.

To ensure the most relaxing spa experience, please be prepared to turn off all cell phones and electronics.

Please do not bring valuables to the spa.

Minors under 18 may receive spa treatments provided a Youth Authorization and Release Form is on file. A parent or guardian must be present in the room with minors receiving spa treatments that are between the ages of 13-15.

The therapist retains the right to refuse service to any suspicious persons, those appearing to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, or those appearing to have signs and symptoms of any disorder that may contraindicate the treatment to be given.

A 20% service charge will be added to all treatments.

Due to rapidly increasing operating costs and economic inflation - effective immediately a 3.25% price increase will be implemented on all products and services.

Gift cards and gift certificates must be used within one year of purchase date.

In the event of extreme circumstances, such as thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, and high temperatures; Namaste Spa reserves the right close the outdoor serenity space for the safety of our guests.
